  • The Client in the chair is the most important person in this Studio.  Someone who has to wait will only be frustrated.  Someone rushed will be upset forever.

  • The Client is not dependent upon us; we are dependent upon them.

  • The Client is not an interruption of our workday; they are the purpose of it.

  • The Client does us a favor when they come in here; we are not doing them the favor by waiting on them.

  • The Client is a person who comes to us with ideas and needs; it is our job to fulfill their goals.

  • The Client deserves the most courteous attention we can give them (unless they are drunk or otherwise being obnoxious).

  • The Client is NOT ALWAYS RIGHT.  The person who started this rumor was a customer, not a business owner.  However it is our job to be patient and educate.

  • Our Clients are the lifeblood of this business.  We know the happy clients will tell a few people about their experience here, and the unhappy clients will tell everyone.

  • Give the client a positive experience, and be proud they asked you to be a part of them... forever.
